wubusece.com chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and good quality . We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included and all products are in good condition!.
Maybe few products were damaged in long distance transport ,would you like to report to us in 14 days since you received package ? We will refund to you in 14 days!

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under wubusece.com warranty:
1.Missing Item -- Items missed completely or partially from an order.
2.Damage -- Physical damage on products' surface .
3.Wrong Product Received -- Product that is completely different from wubusece.com web description.

1.For "missing",products,please weight package when you received and reported the weight to us in 14 days since package arrived .
2.For "damage" and "wrong" product received should be reported to us with photos in 14 days since package arrived .
3.Please check the products carefully when you just received the parcel. Please inform us immediately when you find something abnormal.
4.Please keep in touch with us before your after sale Request is resolved. Once the application has not been updated more than 14 days, we will regard it as being given up on customers own initiative and the case will be closed automatically.
